Yuki Sato

Yuki Sato is an attorney admitted in Japan and New York.

Her focus is M&A and financial matters including funds, private equity and financial regulatory.

After working at Tokyo and Singapore office of global law firms where she has providing legal advice to funds in their investments in Japan, as well as assisting international client in cross-border transactions, she has represented both domestic and foreign companies in their M&A transactions, cross-border investments, joint venture and many strategic projects. She also brings her deep knowledge to bear on start-ups for their future success including IPOs.

She is fluent in English and has extensive experience assisting foreign companies with their operations in Japan, advising on company formation, regulatory and competition matters as well as employment issues.
