Professional Experience and Areas of Specialization

I joined the firm in 2016 and I am the head of the tax department. My area of specialisation focuses on legal-tax advice to companies and individuals, both nationally and internationally, tax planning, inheritance law, tax proceedings, economic-administrative claims and contentious proceedings, corporate restructuring processes and sales and purchases.

Before joining the firm, I worked for 3 years as a lawyer specialising in the areas of tax and commercial law with my own portfolio of clients. Previously, for 6 years I was head of wealth planning in Private Banking at BANCO SABADELL, and for 9 years I worked as a lawyer at ROCA & JUNYENT, ADVOCATS.

I have participated as a teacher in training courses and annually in lectures on tax law.
