Yasaman H. Hosseini

As an attorney in the Business Section, Yassi has experience drafting and reviewing contracts and business documents for clients, corporate governance matters, entity formation, and sale and acquisition of business interests.

Before joining Moye White, Yassi worked at a Denver-area law firm and focused on business and corporate law, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and Medicaid planning. Additionally, she has experience working for the Denver City Attorney’s Office, as well an international transactional law office in Tehran, Iran, Human Rights Watch in Washington D.C., and at the Colorado Department of State.

Yassi is fluent in Farsi and proficient in French. Outside of her law practice, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, traveling, and skiing.
