Yaron J. Kornblum

Yaron Kornblum is a partner in Rivkin Radler LLP’s Real Estate Practice Group, based in Uniondale, New York. He focuses his practice on Real Estate Law, representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including mortgage financing, property sales, commercial leasing, and acquisitions.

Yaron represents clients throughout the New York metropolitan area and across the country. His client base includes high-net-worth individuals with substantial real estate portfolios, as well as lenders, real estate developers, foreign investors, multinational corporations, manufacturers, educational institutions, and other business entities involved in complex real estate matters.

His transactional experience includes work involving shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, retail properties, hotels and resorts, health care facilities, overnight ground distribution centers, and warehouse properties located throughout the United States. Yaron’s practice also encompasses tax-deferred exchange transactions, corporate and entity structuring, joint venture arrangements, telecommunication tower leases, loan workouts, and foreclosure-related matters.
