Worth Beard

Worth Beard joined Wilson Cribbs + Goren’s Real Estate Transaction Team after completing his law degree in just two and a half years. His primary role is to assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters across all asset types.

Having grown up surrounded by the real estate business, Worth chose to attend law school at the University of Houston Law Center with his eye towards practicing real estate law and inevitably jumped into the field by clerking with several reputable firms and in-house legal departments throughout his stint. He’s a natural innovator, multitasker, and relationship builder – all very appreciated skills when working alongside our clients and their project goals.

Worth graduated the University of Texas at Austin in December of 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government, and a minor in English. He received several honors scholarships and held leadership positions at a start-up construction company and various school-affiliated organizations. Outside of the office, you can find Worth on the ballfield coaching baseball or playing competitive sports across the city of Houston.
