Wissem Addoun

Attorney-at-law and CIPP/E certified, Wissem Addoun advises French and international organizations on digital law, data protection, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

He regularly supports clients in the design and implementation of global data-compliance programs, with a particular focus on EU regulations, including the GDPR and the AI Act, as well as other international legal frameworks across the Middle East, the United States, South Asia and East Asia.

Wissem also advises on the deployment of innovative technologies, including AI systems, and assists clients in managing multi-jurisdictional cyber incidents and cyberattacks.

His practice further includes the negotiation of IT contracts and the structuring of international data transfers under EU and international frameworks, including EU and local SCCs, data transfer agreements and BCRs.

In addition to his legal practice, Wissem is a lecturer in Digital Law at the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas and Sciences Po Law School.
