Wissem Addoun

Attorney-at-law, Wissem Addoun holds the CIPP/E certification and advises French and international organizations on digital law, data protection, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

He designs and implements global data-compliance programs covering EU law (including the GDPR & the AI Act) and other legal frameworks worldwide (the Middle East, the United States, South and East Asia).

Wissem advises on the deployment of innovative technologies including AI, and handles multi-jurisdictional cyber incidents and cyberattacks.

He also assists with negotiating IT contracts and structuring international data transfers under EU and international frameworks, including EU and local SCCs, data transfer agreements & BCRs.

Wissem is a lecturer in Digital Law at the University of Paris (Panthéon-Assas) and at Sciences Po Law School.
