Will Mullen is a graduate of New York University, having obtained an LL.M. in Taxation. During his studies at NYU, Will served as an editor of the Tax Law Review, an honor afforded to select students in NYU’s LL.M. program. Will is also a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, having earned the Business Law Certificate Designation. Will was recognized as the top student in the area of Taxation, receiving the Craig Sterne Memorial Award for Estate Planning and Taxation. A Horace and James McKenzie scholar, Will was also a member of the Arkansas Law Review, and worked as a teaching assistant in the area of property law.
Prior to his legal studies at the University of Arkansas, Will attended Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas, where he graduated cum laude in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, serving as a member of the executive board. While working on his law degree, Will also successfully passed all four parts of the CPA exam during his first attempt in 2014.
Will was recently recognized as One to Watch by Best Lawyers in the fields of corporate, mergers and acquisitions and tax. In 2020, Will was recognized by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal as a member of its Fast 15, a list of business leaders and successful individuals under the age of thirty. Will has been recognized as a 19 of the last 9 honoree for 2021 from Arkansas Tech University.
Will currently serves on the Young Alumni Board of Arkansas Tech University, is a member of the American Bar Association and Arkansas Bar Association and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he currently teaches a course in private equity.
