William McMichael maintains a nationwide practice with an emphasis on complex commercial and insurance coverage litigation. His representative experience includes serving as trial counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in more than a dozen states across the nation. He has successfully prosecuted and defended claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and for violations of various consumer protection laws (Texas Insurance Code, Texas DTPA, etc.). He also advises policyholders on emerging insurance issues, including issues impacting property and casualty coverage, D&O, E&O, and other specialized coverages.
