William M. Symmes

William (Bill) Symmes brings nearly three decades of experience in labor and employment law, as well as commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of matters before state and federal courts, as well as before regulatory agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and related state entities.

Bill regularly advises employers and businesses on proactive risk management strategies designed to reduce exposure to litigation. In addition to his litigation and advisory work, he also serves as general counsel to several local and regional companies, providing legal guidance on matters involving construction, transportation, and corporate governance.
