Bill Finger's practice is concentrated in permitting, compliance, due diligence and the redevelopment of environmentally impacted properties, including the management of complex Brownfield Redevelopment projects. Mr. Finger has Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating - AV Preeminent, given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills and ethical standards by their peers. Prior to earning his law degree from the University of Florida, Mr. Finger earned a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Wildlife Ecology, and a Master of Forest Resources and Conservation, with an emphasis on natural resource policy and economics, both from the University of Florida. Mr. Finger began his legal career with Martin, Ade, Birchfield & Mickler, where he worked in their real estate department. Bill continued his practice as a partner with Mahoney Adams & Criser, which subsequently merged with McGuire Woods, before opening his own firm in 1999. Bill has extensive experience representing landowners, private and publicly held corporations, marinas, railroads, automotive groups and institutional lenders.
