William’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of products liability and personal injury, employment, and commercial litigation. William has first chair jury trial experience in both commercial and personal injury cases, including for companies sued under Title VII, the ADA and FMLA.
William received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1996. He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Washington and Lee University in 1993.
William is admitted to practice in all Alabama courts as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association.
Away from the office, William is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys golf and running.
