Bill serves as Co-head of the firm's Corporate practice. Bill has worked for sophisticated clients across a number of industries, including in the healthcare, information technology, financial services, business and industrial services, retail, and real estate industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Bill practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
