Will’s practice includes banking and creditor relations, corporate and finance matters, and Real Estate Law, with a significant focus on Trusts and Estates, estate planning, probate, and elder law. He regularly works with individuals, families, and businesses in Jackson, Tennessee and throughout the surrounding region, providing practical guidance on transactions, property matters, and long-term planning.

To help clients, CPAs, and fellow attorneys stay informed, Will publishes a monthly newsletter addressing estate planning and probate topics, along with a bi-monthly newsletter focused on business transactions and related legal developments.

Will is a retired Major of the U.S. Army Reserve, where he served from 1978 to 1996. He previously served on active duty with the U.S. Army at Fort McClellan, Alabama, from 1975 to 1978. He currently practices with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell PLC in Jackson, Tennessee.
