Wesley Hevia focuses his practice on real estate land use matters. He regularly assists clients with many of the core land use and zoning-related legal functions underpinning the real estate development process, including due diligence and entitlements. Wesley has also contributed on a number of Cuba Practice Group matters and litigation matters pertaining to land use and zoning. While attending law school, Wesley interned with both federal and state court judges, contributed to the Florida Law Review, and earned a Master of Science degree in real estate and a certificate in environmental and land use law.
