Warren earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from Christopher Newport University in Virginia, and his juris doctorate from

Mercer University in Georgia. Warren is a past member of the Board of Visitors of Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law, having served from

2013-2016.

Warren is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Georgia and Virginia, and the Court of Federal Claims. Warren has also been admitted

pro hac vice in Alabama and Tennessee.

Assited in the acquisition of 8.25 miles of subsurface easement rights for the construction of the Nancy Creek Sewer Tunnel.

Federal Avigation Easement Cases

Represented five property owners against the United Stes of America and the U.S. Air Force, obtaining settlement offers ranging from a 700% to a 16,000% increase over the pay-in.

Municipal and other local cases

Represented property owners against all local governments from the cities of McDonough, Riverdale and Stockbridge to Clayton, Dekalb and Henry counties, and other quasi-governmental entities such as Georgia Power obtaining increases over the pay-ins ranging from 102% to 1,217%.
