Mr. Noeske is president of Conklin Benham, P.C. specializing in workers’ compensation and insurance defense. He graduated in 1972 from Wayne State University where he was a member of the Liberal Arts Honors College. He graduated from Wayne State University Law School in December 1975.
Mr. Noeske has experience in many areas of law including workers’ compensation, insurance, employment, ERISA, nursing home malpractice, premises, construction, general negligence and property litigation. An experienced lecturer, he has conducted seminars and training sessions on various aspects of the law and practice, including Treating the Injured Employee, Disabled or Disenchanted?; The Americans with Disabilities Act; Premises Liability in Michigan; Defending the Fraudulent Workers’ Compensation Claim, and Workers’ Compensation, the ADA and FMLA.
Mr. Noeske is a member of the Negligence and Labor and Employment Law Sections of the America Bar Association; Workers’ Compensation and Negligence Sections of the State Bar of Michigan; Oakland County Bar Association; the Michigan Self-Insurers’ Association. and the Michigan Defense Trial Council. He has served as arbitrator in negligence litigation, and as defense mediator. He enjoys a Martindale Hubbell rating of AV, (very high to preeminent), the highest ranking given. He has been named in DBusiness Magazine as one of the Best Lawyers in Metro Detroit and in 2009 was inducted into the national College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers.
