Attorney Walter A. Costello, Jr., is a partner in the firm of Kazarosian Costello LLP with offices located in Haverhill, Massachusetts and Salem, Massachusetts. A graduate of Boston University and Boston College Law School, Attorney Costello concentrates in Plaintiff Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Premises Liability, and Products Liability. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, and is also admitted to the Bars of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st and 5th Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Attorney Costello has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America each year since 1995. He has also been identified as a Super Lawyer in Massachusetts and in New England since 2006, and is listed in Who's Who American Lawyer.
A past President of both the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Essex County Bar Association, Attorney Costello has also been active with the American Association for Justice. His service on the AAJ includes his appointment to the AAJ's Executive Committee, service as Chair of the Counsel of Presidents, Chair of the Insurance Committee, Chair of the State Affairs Committee, and also in as a State Delegate and service on the Board of Governors. He has also twice recieved the AAJ's Wiedeman Wysocki Citation of Excellence.
Attorney Costello continues to practice in both the Haverhill and Salem offices in Massachusetts, and remains active with the Massachusetts Bar Association.
