Biography
Tim Hayes is an attorney with Harris Shelton PLLC in Memphis, Tennessee who focuses his practice on defending healthcare providers and medical organizations in complex litigation. Since 1990, he has represented healthcare facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis clinics, and individual medical professionals in professional liability matters. His work includes defending physicians, nurses, dentists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers in cases involving Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants in state and federal courts.
