Biography
Mark Peck is an experienced and accomplished litigator focusing his practice on workers’ compensation, employment law, and insurance litigation. His diverse background in academia as a teacher and student of history brings a unique perspective and dedication to his legal practice. As a partner at Robinson & Lawing, LLP, he is known for his effective advocacy and strategic approach to resolving complex legal issues for his clients.
Mark earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2001, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers, the Executive Council of the Moot Court Board, and a part of the National Moot Court Team that won the Eastern Regional competition. After graduating, he served as a clerk to the Honorable Ralph A. Walker of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and joined Robinson & Lawing in 2002.
Mark has been selected by his peers to Best Lawyers in America since 2014 for his work in workers’ compensation law, has earned an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Lawyer designation from Martindale-Hubbell, and was included in North Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2010 and 2011. A former Chair of the Executive Council of the North Carolina Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section, Mark is a frequent speaker and program planner for continuing legal education seminars, sharing his expertise on workers’ compensation and employment law topics.
