Volker Serth

Volker Serth has been a lawyer since 1991 and a specialist in employment law since 1995. As head of the employment law practice group at FPS, he advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including drafting contracts, work regulations, remuneration systems, and handling terminations and settlements. He represents clients in dismissal cases and negotiates works agreements with works councils, especially regarding reorganisations and restructuring. Serth also has extensive experience in arbitration committee proceedings, collective bargaining, and employment law due diligence in M&A transactions.
