Virginia J. "Ginger" Connell

Ginger is an associate in GSRM Law’s Family Law Section. As a Nashville-based family lawyer, her practice focuses on discord within families, which requires the utmost attention and advocacy. Ginger handles high conflict divorces and custody cases involving significant asset/debt division. She regularly handles matters as a family lawyer in Nashville involving divorce and separation, spousal support, child support and custody, modifications of parenting plans, post-divorce disputes, contempt, prenuptial agreements, and collaborative/cooperative divorce.

Ginger’s background in human relations coupled with her many years of experience in the legal profession create a solid foundation for a tough, legal advocate. She has a passion for helping others and she takes pride in her instinctive ability to develop a creative solution to difficult family decisions.

Ginger is a Rule 31 Listed Family Law Mediator, specifically trained in Domestic Violence. She also is trained in Collaborative Law and enjoys assisting clients to resolve their marital disputes using this cooperative and transparent negotiation process.

Ginger received her law degree from the Nashville School of Law and graduated cum laude from Trevecca Nazarene University.
