Vincent W. Lau is the managing partner at Clark Lau LLC and he counsels employers and employees on a range of temporary and permanent immigration options. His clients include professionals, employers, investors, institutions, and families, and he represents a number of start-up companies before the immigration service and labor department. Vince has in-depth experience in obtaining employment visas for professionals with non-traditional duties.

Vince enjoys taking complex immigration legal concepts and breaking them down into tangible and comprehensible ideas for employers and employees. It is with this same spirit that he speaks regularly at immigration conferences across the country, serves as the primary staff trainer at the firm, and contributes to educational activities of a number of national and local bar associations. Vince is also an adjunct faculty member at New England Law Boston where he developed the curriculum for employment-based immigration and also serves as a member of national Department of Labor Liaison Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
