Vincent Rowan is a partner in our London office, whose practice focuses on the management and resolution of complex construction and engineering disputes. Vincent has represented clients (both owners and contractors) on disputes related to some of the world’s most iconic infrastructure and energy projects built during his 30 years of practice. He is recognized as a leading lawyer in the field of construction and engineering law by all major legal directories.
Vincent has over 30 years' experience advising in connection with major energy, infrastructure and construction projects, focusing on contract strategies, project management (as project counsel) and dispute resolution (arbitration, ADR and litigation).
His practice is international; he has advised and represented both owners and contractors on many projects around the world, including in Africa, the Americas, Asia, China, Europe and the Middle East, with a particular focus on the industrial, oil and gas, power (conventional and renewable) and transport/infrastructure sectors. His expertise extends to both onshore and offshore projects.
