Vincent Laforest-Lapointe is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial group. His practice focuses on venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate and business law and issues related to startups.

Vincent works with a variety of enterprises ranging from startups to private medium to large businesses, at every stage of their development. He has advised private and institutional investors and entrepreneurs in connection with provincial, national and international transactions. Vincent is particularly interested in the emerging technology sector and handles financing rounds and corporate organization for startups.
