Vincent Cesare is a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Global Finance group, primarily focused on counseling clients acting as custodians, as trustees, and in various other agent capacities in connection with matters relating to asset-backed, mortgage-backed, and other types of securitizations.

My focusI collaborate with my clients to ensure that the interlocking aspects of structured finance transactions function smoothly during each phase—from warehousing to windup. I work with clients of various sizes throughout the lifecycle of securitizations, custodial arrangements, repurchase facilities and other similar transactions to ensure that they remain at the forefront of legal and regulatory compliance, while maintaining operational efficiency. My deep experience with these transactions across a diverse array of asset classes and through turbulent market conditions allows me to comfortably guide clients through the unique intricacies and nuances present in each deal.
