Vincent Belley

Vincent Belley is a lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of municipal law, administrative law and public law. Vincent is particularly active in the areas of infrastructure and expropriation.

In the course of his practice, Vincent frequently acts for public and private companies in order to assist them in all aspects of litigation at any stage of a judicial proceeding. Vincent also assists clients in the drafting of various legal opinions dealing with various commercial and strategic aspects.

Prior to joining the Fasken team, Vincent practiced with a leading international law firm. During his studies, he also worked for a significant international engineering and construction company in the development and implementation of legal strategies in the context of commercial litigation.
