Biography
Vikram Iyer is an intellectual property litigator, with an emphasis on damages and other related remedies. Mr. Iyer has been a member of multiple trial teams defending billion dollar damages claims. His experience includes cases arising in California State, in Federal Courts across the country, and in Section 337 Investigations before the US International Trade Commission. He is also a member of the firm’s working group analyzing intellectual property lawsuits filed in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, two of the most popular forums for patent litigations.
