Victoria K. Lewis is a Certified Family Law Specialist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has been a member of the California Bar since December 1988. Ms. Lewis has practiced family law exclusively since 2009.
Ms. Lewis’ family law practice focuses on complex family law matters both in mediation and through all stages of negotiation or litigation, including trial and appeal. Ms. Lewis is recognized in her field not only for her sophistication in family law, but for her compassion and caring for her clients and their families. Ms. Lewis’ practice focuses on divorce, paternity cases, property characterization and division, child and spousal support proceedings, high-conflict custody disputes, including relocation cases and cases involving resist-refuse dynamics, parentage and post-judgment proceedings. Ms. Lewis is an American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Certified Mediator, and she prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Ms. Lewis is an active and long-standing member of the community. She currently serves as the President of the Northern California Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Lewis volunteers regularly for the San Mateo County Superior Court, Family Law Division. She raised two children in the Bay Area and is well-experienced dealing with the issues confronting modern families in the region.
