Victor J. Herlinsky

Victor J. Herlinsky, Jr. is a Member of Sills Cummis & Gross. As a successful litigator in New Jersey for over twenty-five years, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Firm, particularly in commercial litigation, land use and redevelopment law, and government investigations. He has significant experience in commercial litigation especially construction litigation. He has represented several construction companies and general contractors and has also been appointed by several government entities to oversee the legal issues stemming from multimillion-dollar construction projects.
