Valérie SAINTAMAN mainly acts in matters of industrial and environmental risks before civil, criminal and administrative courts. She has extensive experience in litigation, having handled several hundred cases and major trials (Xynthia, dioxin pollution, etc.).
She also advises on contractual and real estate issues, as well as health and environmental matters.
More recently, she has developed an expertise in energy law, in particular in the field of energy saving certificates (CEE), for which the firm is recognized as a major player in the Paris market.
