Valerie Kleinman is a Senior Associate at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto who specializes in Citizenship and Immigration law. Valerie has significant experience working on Canadian citizenship and immigration law matters. She has particular expertise in permanent residence and citizenship applications, including both applications to prove citizenship by descent and grants of citizenship. Valerie was a a Member-At-Large of the Citizenship and Immigration Law Section Executive of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) for the 2024-2025, 2020-2021, and 2019-2021 terms. She was the Secretary of the Women Lawyers Forum Section Executive of the OBA for the 2025-2026 term, and will be returning to the Section Executive as the Vice Chair for 2026-2027.
