Recognized in Ones to Watch since 2025 Valentino Armillei, is a member of the Employment Law team at Bredin Prat and Associate Professor (Maître de conférences) at Montpellier 3 University.
He advises French and international clients on various individual and collective employment law topics, and more specifically on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and collective redundancies.
Admitted to the Paris bar (2022), he holds a PhD in private law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (2019). His award-winning thesis is entitled “The extra-union negotiation of company collective agreements”. He is also a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 - Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail, 2015).
He regularly contributes to numerous specialized legal journals (JCP S, BJT, SSL, Droit social, etc.).
