Tyler W. Stark

Tyler Stark is an integral part of Harris Beach Murtha's Commercial Real Estate Practice Group, located in Pittsford, New York. His practice involves advocating for businesses, lenders, real estate developers, and property owners across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate issues. Harris Beach Murtha provides support to clients working with shopping centers, hospitals, colleges, schools, office parks, retail establishments, and industrial projects.

Before joining Harris Beach Murtha, Tyler built a diverse background in legal roles. He began his career as a residential real estate attorney, focused on supporting lenders and underprivileged homebuyers. Tyler honed his skills in drafting and reviewing purchase and sale contracts, negotiating transactions, evaluating inspection and title reports, and preparing closing documents in a large residential real estate practice.

During his time as a law clerk, Tyler engaged with personal injury and small claims cases, expanding his knowledge base. Additionally, Tyler interned at 43North, an accelerator program dedicated to fostering growth in small businesses in Buffalo by researching applicants for funding opportunities.
