Tyler Andrews is an attorney in Fishman Haygood’s Business Section.
Tyler advises clients in connection with corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and private equity transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Tyler practiced in the Houston office of an international law firm where he assisted clients with a broad range of complex corporate matters in the energy industry. Before starting his legal career, Tyler worked as a project manager for a global research technology company.
Tyler graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School and served as the Senior Communications Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. While in law school, he received the Louisiana State Bar Association Corporate and Business Law Section Award, which recognizes the highest overall GPA in the corporate curriculum.
Tyler is a member of the Young Leadership Council (YLC), a nonprofit, nonpartisan civic organization created to develop leadership through community projects. Tyler also serves as a mentor for the Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law Entrepreneurship Project, a program through which current students help local community start-ups with various legal tasks.
