Troy is a Partner practising corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and corporate governance.
Troy represents a number of public and private companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, food and consumer goods, technology and natural resources, and seeks to provide pragmatic advice after developing a thorough understanding of each client’s industry and objectives.
Troy is a member of the firm’s M&A Practice Group and Opinions Committee.

When not at his desk, Troy enjoys staying active and can often be found on a golf course (usually making bogeys), on a ski or mountain biking trail, at a hockey or curling rink or occasionally running a marathon. He also enjoys travelling with his wife, Tracey, including visiting their daughter in B.C. and son in Norway.
