Troy Pocaluyko is a partner at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP practising corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity mandates.

Troy represents a number of public and private companies in a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, consumer goods, technology, natural resources and real estate. In addition, he regularly acts for investment dealers, financial institutions, private equity and venture capital firms and merchant banks.

Troy frequently counsels participants in both domestic and cross-border public offerings and private financings, merger and acquisition transactions, friendly and contested take-over bids, proxy fights, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, as well as issuers and their directors with respect to corporate governance matters.
