Troy A. Hilliard

Troy A. Hilliard is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice and co-chair of the firm’s Commercial and Competition Law Group. He serves a wide range of manufacturing, service, and technology companies. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Troy assists clients in the negotiation of supply and distribution agreements, license agreements, and in other general corporate matters.

In addition to a law degree, Troy has a business background which provides him with a unique perspective of his clients’ needs and the specific challenges they face as business owners. Troy is able to provide clients with useful advice by fashioning solutions that provide business value.

Troy earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
