Biography
Tristan Dollinger is a Shareholder in the Health and Business and Corporate Law Sections at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. With a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, Tristan represents a diverse range of clients in long-term care, assisted living, physical and occupational therapy, dental, chiropractic, and surgical practices. A focal point of his practice is responding to adverse survey findings and representing clients in appeals before state and federal regulatory agencies.
Tristan counsels boards of directors for both nonprofit and privately held organizations on a range of corporate governance and management issues and routinely drafts and negotiates purchase agreements. He is well-versed in guiding physician groups, dental practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), management services organizations (MSOs), long-term care and assisted living providers through the complex landscape of federal and state healthcare regulations. This includes compliance with the False Claims Act, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, EKRA, Medicare regulations, state licensing and certification requirements, and corporate practice of medicine and dentistry doctrines.
Tristan is a frequent presenter for industry trade associations including LeadingAge Wisconsin, Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA) and WHCA/WiCAL.
