Trisha J. Paul

Trisha Paul has extensive experience in the estate planning and administration area. She assists clients with wills and trust, the avoidance or reduction, inheritance and generation-skipping taxes, disability, life insurance, techniques for making gifts to individuals and charities and distributions from retirement accounts.

She also represents business owners and consults on the choice of entity issues, valuation issues and business succession. She is a member of the Allen County Bar, Indiana State Bar and the American Bar Associations.
