Trent Appleby

Trent Appleby focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions representing a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, and lending institutions. He has extensive experience with high-rise, multi-family projects, condominiums, and other commercial developments such as large-scale, mixed-use land developments. Trent has particular experience representing private equity firms and real estate investments trusts in the acquisition, disposition, development, construction, leasing, and financing.

Trent also handles the structure and formation of limited partnerships, limited liability companies, C corporations, S corporations and joint ventures, as well as related compliance matters. He has prepared private placement memoranda and equity platforms.
