Travis Riley is a seasoned trial attorney and trusted advisor to clients in the Colorado construction industry. He represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, developers, and other stakeholders in navigating legal challenges at every stage of a project, from proactive contract negotiation to complex litigation in state and federal courts. Travis’s practice spans the full spectrum of construction and commercial litigation, including mechanic’s liens, construction defects, breach of contract, payment and delay claims, public works disputes, business torts, partnership disputes, contractor terminations, design and change order issues, and other high-stakes matters. He has secured favorable results for clients before judges, juries, and arbitrators in venues across Colorado and Texas.
In addition to his litigation practice, Travis regularly advises construction professionals on transactional matters, drafting and negotiating construction contracts that align with client goals and mitigate risk. His combined experience in dispute resolution and contract formation allows him to deliver practical, results-driven strategies.
Recognized nationally for his expertise, Travis is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, an honor reserved for leading construction attorneys.
