Biography
With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions, Tracy Plott has significant experience in restructuring of debt obligations, bond financing, joint ventures, syndications of loans, limited partnerships, and asset-based financing. Her lending practice encompasses construction, permanent and mezzanine lending, asset-based financing, and synthetic leases.
Tracy also represents corporate and other clients in the acquisition, development, leasing, management and disposition of real property. Her acquisition and development practice includes representing clients involved in medical office buildings, senior living, student housing, retail, recreational communities, industrial, and other commercial properties. She is experienced in forming joint ventures for the acquisition, development, and management of real property.
In addition, Tracy represents lending clients in loan workouts, restructures, forbearance agreements, deed in lieu transactions, non-judicial foreclosures, and confirmations of such non-judicial foreclosures. She provides support for wealth management and fiduciary litigation relating to real estate matters, including financing, acquisition, and disposition of property.
