Traci Van Pelt is a founding member of McConnell Van Pelt LLC in Denver, Colorado. She represents physicians, healthcare providers, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals in complex litigation and professional liability matters. Ms. Van Pelt has practiced as a civil trial lawyer for more than 25 years. She began her legal career in San Francisco before relocating to Denver in 1996, where she joined the firm of Long & Jaudon. In 2001, she became a founding shareholder of McConnell Fleischner Houghtaling, LLC, continuing her longstanding focus on litigation and professional liability defense.
Throughout her career, Ms. Van Pelt has represented clients in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals. She has argued cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Wyoming Supreme Court.
