Biography

Tracey L. Williams is a Partner in the Dallas office of Peckar & Abramson PC, where she focuses her practice on Construction Law and Litigation – Construction. She has practiced civil litigation since 2001 and has concentrated primarily on construction-related matters since 2009, representing clients throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

Tracey represents contractors, developers, owners, and subcontractors in all phases of the construction process, as well as in post-completion disputes. Her practice includes advising clients on contractual risk allocation and assisting with matters involving construction contract disputes, mechanic’s and materialman’s liens, bond claims, construction defect claims, and other construction-related litigation. In addition to construction law, she has substantial experience handling creditor’s rights and commercial collection matters.

Tracey earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now Texas A&M University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Law Review.

Tracey is admitted to practice in all Texas and Oklahoma state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas.
