Tomás Garcés

Tomás Garcés is a Partner in the Commercial Law Department at Ventura Garcés.

His professional experience has made him an expert in matters such as the negotiation and drafting of a broad range of commercial agreements, the negotiation and completion of corporate operations, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

His experience in company takeovers, restructuring operations for multinational corporate groups and joint ventures has led him to advise a wide variety of companies both in Spain and internationally. He also advises foreign clients on their investments in Spain, providing them with legal advice on corporate, commercial and contractual issues, among other matters.

His professional duties have also led him to act as a consultant in a number of operations for the sale and purchase of buildings, with a particular focus on shopping centres and office buildings.

He currently acts as the Secretary to the Board of Directors at a number of companies in the Spanish business sector.
