Mr. Bice is a co-founder of Pisanelli Bice PLLC, a Las Vegas, Nevada law firm focused on commercial litigation and complex business disputes. Before forming the firm in 2010, he served as a shareholder at his prior firm, was part of its national litigation group, and led the Las Vegas office’s appellate practice. His practice includes Appellate Practice, Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Litigation involving the First Amendment, Litigation related to Land Use and Zoning, and Litigation arising from Mergers and Acquisitions.
Mr. Bice represents clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. His work involves all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and dispositive motions to trial and appeal. He has tried numerous cases to judgment in Nevada state courts and federal courts and has argued appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His experience across the full lifecycle of litigation allows him to guide clients through procedurally complex and high-stakes matters.
A significant portion of Mr. Bice’s practice involves representing Nevada gaming companies in corporate governance disputes, commercial litigation, and gaming-related matters. He also represents the Nevada Resort Association on legislative, election, and constitutional issues and serves as outside general counsel to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority on similar matters. In addition, Mr. Bice represents governmental and quasi-governmental entities in civil rights litigation, election disputes, and matters involving constitutional law.
Mr. Bice has received professional recognition from publications and peer-review organizations for his work in gaming, commercial litigation, First Amendment litigation, land use and zoning, and mergers and acquisitions.
