Todd Adolphson is a member of Williams Kastner’s Inland Northwest Practice Team. His legal practice centers on civil litigation, with a particular focus on personal injury and construction-related disputes. Todd also handles matters involving contracts, real property, and complex commercial litigation, and he contributes his experience as part of the firm’s Transportation Practice Team.
Born and raised in Spokane, Todd graduated from Lewis and Clark High School before earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. He went on to earn his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association and graduated with honors. While in law school, he gained valuable legal experience working with the Center for Justice and the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office.
Prior to joining Williams Kastner, Todd practiced at the Spokane firms Witherspoon Kelley and Piskel Yahne Kovarik, PLLC. His professional achievements have been recognized with his inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America (2025).
Todd has also been active in the legal community through his leadership and service, having served as President of the Spokane Young Lawyers Division and as a trustee of the Spokane County Bar Association.
