Todd Panther’s practice primarily involves commercial litigation and arbitration, with a concentration in construction law. Todd has over 25 years of experience as a construction law attorney advising owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on the applicability and compliance requirements of Tennessee’s construction laws. He also serves as an advocate for his clients in complex litigation and arbitration involving disputes over commercial and residential construction projects. Todd’s expertise includes the prosecution and defense of construction defect and warranty claims, lien claims, delay and disruption claims, and a wide variety of other complex construction disputes.
In addition to construction law, Todd’s practice includes advising clients in connection with a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, including landlord-tenant, real estate brokerage, eminent domain, shareholder, and partnership disputes. He serves as an advocate for his clients in complex litigation and arbitration involving such disputes, and he has handled well over 100 arbitrations, trials (jury and non-jury), and appeals in state and federal courts.
