Tino Gaberthüel is a corporate partner at Lenz & Staehelin. He has extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of corporate transactions, focussing on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters. Tino Gaberthüel is regularly involved in key transactions in the Swiss market, both domestic and cross-border. Besides his corporate practice, Tino Gaberthüel lectures at the LL.M. program of the University of Zurich and at the Advanced Master Studies of the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ and is a regular contributor in legal text books and law journals. Further, he is the Hiring Partner at Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich.
Tino Gaberthüel graduated from University of Salamanca, Spain (1995) and completed a law degree at the University of Zurich (1997). He obtained an LL.M. from the Northwestern University School of Law (2003) as well as a Certificate in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management (2003). Admitted to the Zurich Bar (2000), he joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2004 and has been a partner since 2011.
