Timothy "Tim" Alexander

Tim is an experienced litigator recognized by both clients and his peers for his skillful handling of a broad range of insurance claims.

Tim works in partnership with his clients, sophisticated litigants who appreciate his talent for quickly analyzing and assessing claims and bringing them to a prompt and fair resolution. He has defended financial advisors, insurance brokers, real estate agents, and engineers from a wide variety of disciplines. He has extensive experience in automobile insurance issues with a focus on catastrophic claims. He also represents municipalities and other public authorities in claims involving road design and maintenance as well as regulatory negligence. Tim’s product liability experience includes complex claims involving the interaction of medical and technical issues.

Tim has successfully litigated cases before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.
