Tim is a Senior Partner and Chair of Minden Gross LLP's Financial Services Group. His practice focuses on advising both traditional and non-traditional financial institutions, the accounting firms that provide services to these institutions, and their respective corporate and individual clients.

Over the past 25 years, Tim's practice has evolved from one that focused exclusively on insolvency law and the legal issues that arise in corporate debt restructuring, to one that includes providing strategic advice around the ever-increasing challenges and risks faced by lenders, borrowers, and their financial advisors.

As head of Minden Gross LLP’s Financial Services Group, Tim leads a team of innovative business lawyers who provide cross-disciplinary advice in response to the complex legal and practical challenges faced by participants in the financial services sector. These lawyers are recognized for their depth of knowledge and expertise in the demanding business and financial marketplace where constant adaptation in the development and implementation of financing, restructuring, and enforcement solutions is required and expected.
